Patient Story

Breast reduction and Breast Lift (mastopexy)- Vertical Breast Reduction
This is a patient who had a breast reduction and a breast lift at he same time. Her large breasts caused her neck pain and back pain and It was very difficult for ehr to work out. In addition you can see that her breasts were uneven. She also had breast asymmetry. This is an operation of high precision and accuracy.

I performed a vertical breast reduction and lift. What does vertical mean? It means that there is no scar under the breast fold! This is significant because out of all the breast incisions the ones in the inframammary fold yields the most visible scar in time. It is good in plastic surgery to be able to do the operation and limit the incisions at the same time. The other breast scars around the nipple and on the breast heal very very well over time.

The results that you see in the before and after pictures are only after 6 months following the operation. She had a reduction of 4 pounds per each breast.
