This male patient had a chin implant placed to offer more symmetry on his face and create a more masculine jaw line. There are two types of chin implants, silicone and Porex. Both have advantages and disadvantages. This patient selected a Porex implant of medium projection. The incision for the placement can be inside the mouth or under the chin. His was under the chin. The results are obvious and very natural.
