This is a very common issue for most women and most do no know that we have wonderful treatments for arm contouring.

Every patient is different and I treat every patient in a different manner based on his or her specific needs and desires. This means that I do not do the same operation on everyone or that sometimes I do combination procedures.

In this case arm contouring was performed with a combination of liposuction of the arms and skin resection. There is a longitudinal incision extending from the elbow to the armpit. It is placed on the most inferior aspect so that it may not be so visible.

In less extreme cases I place the incision in the armpit in a transverse fashion. So in those cases the incision is totally hidden in the armpit.

Sometimes liposuction alone is enough to improve the arm contour.
